In their early stage, Vy-Carb needed design, engineering, and contract manufacturing for their prototype carbon capture system, and standalone benchtop sensor system. These projects served as Proof of Concept systems that would later help them raise more funding.

For Loci Controls, we optimized their electronics from a set of 5 interconnected PCBs down to a single PCB. This paved the way for scaling their business by increasing ease of manufacturing & assembly, and vastly reducing cost.

For Electrona Robotics, we turned their breadboarded electrical system into a set of 2 professional circuit boards. Using selective population, we designed 1 board to suit 2 purposes, thus improving logistic simplicity and ease of manufacturing, while reducing design time and costs.

For WrightGrid, we developed several circuit boards to support their solar-powered cellphone charging station for developing nations. This lead to repeatable manufacturing, an improved feature set, and standardized design.

ClickerKing needed their pilot dog clicker product, the Flex Clicker designed from scratch. Over several iterations, we optimized the mechanical design for functionality, cost efficiency, ease of assembly, and mass manufacturing. This allowed them to easily manufacture the product in large quantities for low cost.
